SpEC was established in 2006 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It now has offices in Dubai (HQ), Abu Dhabi, Cochin and Calicut.

SpEC is managed by professionals with varied industry experience. It employs over 40 well-experienced building services engineering professionals. They work in fully equipped offices and use their varied experience to ensure that complex and fast-track projects are delivered to the required quality, time and budget. The latest engineering tools are employed to produce precise calculations and equipment sizing.

SpEC has established associations with leading international consultants. Their expertise is utilised in areas like construction of marinas, energy efficiency, green energy, specialist building interior, facade and external lighting, advanced security systems, life safety, IT and multi-media systems, specialist hospital systems, airport systems, etc.
