Syraj Hamza, Managing Partner
Syraj is a graduate Electrical Engineer with a diploma in Computer Studies from N.C.C., U.K. and is a member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology, U.K. (MIET).
Syraj has been a building services consultant for more than 17 years. Prior to founding SpEC, he was heading the electrical department of Ian Banham and Associates, a leading MEP consultant, as Deputy Director, Dubai. His experience in design and construction supervision spans over 1200 projects in UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Syed Sabzada, Managing Partner
Syed is a graduate Mechanical Engineer, Member of ASHRAE and is awaiting Charter Engineer membership of CIBSE.
He has more than 20 years industry experience and has worked as Project Manager / Senior Mechanical Engineer with leading MEP Consultants in the Middle East. He has worked with Dubai International Airport for more than 7 years and prior to founding SpEC; he was their Senior Manager – Airport Systems.

Ashar Panakkat, Director – India Operations
Ashar is a graduate Electrical Engineer and has over 12 years industry experience as Contractor, Consultant and Project Manager. Prior to joining SpEC, Ashar was MEP Manager with Leman Project Management Inc.
Ashar has handled many prestigious projects including luxury resorts, five star hotels, hospitals, high rise buildings, shopping malls, cultural centres, etc.
